Neena Dutta is the principal of the Dutta Law Firm, located in New York City. The Dutta Law Firm is primarily engaged in the practice of immigration and nationality law. The firm successfully represents corporations, businesses, and individual clients throughout the United States and globally. In particular, the firm has serviced numerous hospitality, food & beverage, financial services and entertainment clients. Neena is currently also a Director on the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association’s Board of Governors, Co-Chair of the AILANY Advocacy Committee, National Sustainability Committee, and the Future of Immigration Law Task Force. She also works alongside non-profits and volunteers pro bono at immigration detention centers across the US. In fact, Neena won the SABANY Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award. She is also a frequent guest on NPR, WNYC, NY1, CGTV, and I-24 News as an immigration law expert.
