Business / Supply-Chain Management Assistant


Business / Supply-Chain Management Assistants are responsible for inventory and resource management through business analytics and coordinating logistics. This is an entry-level position. Qualified candidates are highly detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve. They work well under pressure and are highly efficient communicators with a mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Four year college degree in Business Management/Supply-Chain Management with previous Office and/or logistics management experience preferred. "Streetwear" & "Sneakerhead” product knowledge is a must.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • assisting with merchandise Logistics including but not limited to coordinating shipments with freighters, return and at-once order processing, stock balancing, and order entry
  • analyzing brand and product performance diagnose opportunities to maximize profitability
  • buying assistance
  • performing daily office operations and support functions for retail stores
  • ensuring compliance with Company and all other legal
  • liaising with store managers and upper management
  • performing other duties as assigned
