This upcoming Dunk Low may not scream a fresh appeal, because it doesn’t look much different than what’s already out there. Two-toned in color-blocking via the Gorge Green and Summit White as well as the Dark Sulfur and Pale Ivory, these are far too similar to the mid-80s classics focused on college team colorways.
However, there’s a subtle twist via the new branding hit; mid-way through the primary Swoosh logo’s tail end, you’ll see a miniature Swoosh in a shining metallic gold fixed onto the suede. This metal piece is similar in size to the fore-foot Swooshes we typically find on select 80s icons and even on the Nike Book 1, but sure enough, Nike has found it a new home
